There has been an amazing response to this post – thank you all for your interest in our online course in scientific writing.

I’ll be recording the course this week, so you should get an email soon telling you when it’s available to use.

KirsopLabs will soon launch its pilot course, “A Guide to Scientific Writing” to help you improve your academic writing skills. And it’s available to all our readers!

What’s in this course?

You’ll be given examples of:

  • how to write concisely and clearly
  • how to use academic publishing standards in your work

The beta launch of this 1-hour introductory course is suitable for all levels of study from undergraduate to postgraduate.

The course provides an overview of ‘best practice’ for good scientific writing.

Estimated date available online: January 2017.

More advanced courses are scheduled for release later in 2017 including how to write a good literature review and using reference manager software.
